The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for the nearby market on Saturday morning.

Overall had very enjoyable stay in september. It was big size, bright and with really nice views. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge upon arrival. As for me, the location was comfortable and perfect, next to shops, restaurants and local attractions, centre of Rosebud-purpose, and the beach and shops:)))

the location of the venue is marvellous, not far from shops, even corner stores, or restaurants and cafes, and rye/rosebud. the units were extremely spacious with really nice views.

The location of this place was fantastic! It was conveniently situated near the beach, shops, and even some corner stores, as well as restaurants and cafes. Plus, it was close enough to explore the Mornington Peninsula. 🌊.

We had a fairly nice stay for three nights we were there.

The room was new-fashioned and neat, had separate bathroom. We really enjoyed comfy beds. The location offered was particularly good right by the Peninsula Hot Springs and the shopping centre and other amenities and the restaurants in Rye.

I had a very pleasant stay for three nights and was glad I chose this place. the location was convenient and ideal, right next to golf courses and just a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and beautiful clean beaches.

Bayview Motel Rosebud/Rye offers a safe and welcoming atmosphere, featuring stunning sea views of the beach. the staff is polite and very accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. the location is incredible, nestled in a fresh area that's easy to navigate, with Rye shops and a variety of restaurants just a stone's throw away. the updated bedrooms are cozy, complete with nice beds, a kettle, and a toaster, making it a comfortable and convenient choice for travelers.

This hotel was nice, and I would definitely go back. the location was central and convenient, close to the Tootgarook market on Saturday morning. It was just off the outskirts of Rosebud, near a convenient shopping centre and many shops. I had a guest room that was newly remodelled and very clean. There was a great view of the bay, and the staff were wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable.

The spacious room we booked here had a large spa bath and two single beds for $192.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and had fantastic facilities. The hotel is conveniently located right across the road from the beach and is within walking distance to the local bus stop. We loved having breakfast here as there were numerous restaurants in Rye, easily accessible. The parking was easy and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The noise from the nearby highway was unbearable, making it hard to sleep. the walls and doors were thin, allowing for noise to easily penetrate the room.

You'll appreciate the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. the bathroom is sparkling clean and looks like it's been newly renovated. the staff provide excellent service and are always there to help. They also serve an amazing breakfast which includes both sweet and savory options. If you're a fitness buff, you'll love the gym that comes with the hotel.

The hotel isn’t able to block the noise from the surrounding area. the nearby traffic and activities outside the hotel can be quite disturbing at times.
